Description:Marketing meals is more important than ever as Covid-19 has districts looking for ways to keep students (and their parents) coming back for meals. This session will showcase Grab N Go meals from across the country to spark new ideas. Attendees will learn about professional and cost conscious labeling solutions; and packaging options from recycled bottle containers, biodegradable and compostable solutions.

With over 35 years of manufacturer foodservice experience, the last 22 focused in Child Nutrition, Jodi's passion lies with supporting and partnering with her school district allies and helping them meet their objectives by engaging in their needs and creating solutions with products designed just for the K12 segment. Jodi works on a variety of local, state, and national committees, as well as spearheading legislative support and initiatives.

Speaker Bio:
In my role with Visualz I have wonderful opportunities to be in school districts across the country helping transform dining and serving spaces to increase participation and perception of programs. Presentations at a variety of conferences include: Food Waste, KPIs/Benchmarking, Meals Per Labor Hour (MPLH) Hot Topics in School Meals, Cafeteria Makeovers and Bento Boxes Drive Participation and Menu Planning. Jean has been a leader in school nutrition for many years. In addition to serving as President of the School Nutrition Association (SNA), she led the efforts to transform the Saint Paul Public School program. It received national recognition for building effective financial systems, designing innovative marketing strategies and creating healthy menus that honored student diversity and drove high participation. In addition to serving as Nutrition Services Director for SPPS, Jean served as Chief Operations Officer. She had responsibility for Technology Services, Facilities, Safety & Security, Custodial, Transportation and Nutrition Services. This role provided her with valuable insights into K-12 and make her uniquely qualified to support school districts in her role as Senior Consultant for Pro•Team Foodservice Advisors. I love to partner with clients to help them take their program to the next level with a Pro•Team solution that fits their needs: Fresh Eye Review, strategic planning, café makeover, menu makeover and/or presentation development.
